Job Description

As an experienced and driven Odoo Sales Lead at our company, you will play a crucial role in spearheading our ERP solutions sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include driving the end-to-end sales cycle for Odoo ERP solutions, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our technical/implementation teams. Additionally, you will be expected to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, conduct market research, and represent the company at industry events. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive end-to-end sales cycle for Odoo ERP solutions, including lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing. - Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with prospective clients. - Understand client business needs and translate them into tailored Odoo ERP solutions. - Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and functional teams to prepare proposals, demos, and RFP responses. - Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals. - Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM and ensure timely updates. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars. - Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client insights to management. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). - Proven track record in ERP/Software sales, preferably with Odoo ERP or similar platforms. - 3 years of experience in B2B software/IT services sales. - Strong understanding of ERP processes (Accounting, CRM, HR, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.). - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms. - Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. In addition to the above, if you have prior experience selling Odoo ERP solutions, an understanding of SaaS-based ERP models, an existing network of enterprise clients in specific industries, and knowledge of software implementation cycles and change management, it would be advantageous.
