Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and a commitment to providing exceptional occupational therapy services. As a Child Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement therapy programs to help children develop essential skills necessary for daily life activities. Position : Child Therapist (Occupational Therapist) Timing - 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Salary -Upto 35k Freshers can also apply Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate children's motor skills, sensory processing and activities of daily living. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, incorporating therapeutic activities to enhance fine motor skills, sensory integration, coordination, and self-care abilities. Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices to improve functional abilities and independence in children. Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy and continuity of care. Monitor and document progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team and stakeholders. Educate families and caregivers on strategies and techniques to support children's development and promote carryover of therapeutic goals in home and educational settings. Stay updated with advancements in pediatric occupational therapy through continuous learning and professional development activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy State licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a clinical or educational setting. Strong understanding of child development, sensory integration, and various therapeutic approaches. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
