Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs. Provide counseling and therapy for children dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, and pediatricians for holistic child development. Offer parental guidance and counseling to support family involvement in therapy. Maintain detailed case records and progress reports. Conduct workshops, awareness programs, and training sessions for parents, teachers, and caregivers. Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in child psychology. Required Skills & Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology / Child Psychology from a recognized institution. Experience in handling children with neurodevelopmental and behavioral disorders. Proficiency in various therapy techniques such as CBT, Play Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, and Family Counseling .
