Job Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Location: Orange Child Development Centre – [HSR Layout, Bengaluru/ Whitefield / Kerala Branch]

Type: Full-time / Part-time

Orange Child Development Centre is a multidisciplinary, ISO-certified pediatric therapy center providing a range of services including Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Behavioral Interventions, Special Education, and Physiotherapy. Our expert team works with children with autism, ADHD, sensory integration disorders, developmental delays, and other neurodivergent conditions, offering early intervention and family-centered care in a child-friendly environment.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children reach developmental milestones and gain independence in daily life. You’ll be working as part of a collaborative team, providing customized, evidence-based intervention strategies for children aged 6 months to 16 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess sensory processing, motor development, self-care, and play skills.
  • Create and implement individualized intervention plans with clear developmental goals.
  • Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions using sensory integration, motor planning, and functional skill-building strategies.
  • Educate and coach parents to ensure therapy carries over at home and school.
  • Maintain detailed session documentation and progress reports in compliance with clinic policies.
  • Contribute to interdisciplinary case discussions and team meetings.
  • Stay updated with pediatric OT practices and contribute to internal training when needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT) from a recognized university.
  • RCI/AIOTA registration preferred (or in process).
  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric therapy experience preferred (strong internship experience also considered).
  • Certification/training in Sensory Integration, DIRFloortime®, or related techniques is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, child-friendly attitude.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Sunday Off
