Occupational Therapist

Job Summary We are looking for dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapists to join our growing team at Bloom Nest CDC. You will work with individuals facing physical, developmental, emotional, or cognitive challenges, helping them improve daily living and functional skills through personalized therapy plans. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized occupational therapy plans Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions based on client needs Help clients develop, recover, or maintain meaningful life skills and routines Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams (e.g., speech/behavior therapists) Maintain accurate session notes, reports, and client records Educate families and caregivers on home-based support strategies Monitor progress and adjust therapy goals as needed Qualifications For Freshers: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution Valid registration with [State/National OT Council, if applicable] or eligible to register Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and contribute to a multi-disciplinary team For Experienced Candidates: 1+ years of clinical experience in pediatric or adult occupational therapy Familiarity with sensory integration, developmental delays, or neurological conditions Strong documentation and case management skills Experience in school, hospital, clinic, or home-based settings preferred Key SkillsPatient-centered approach Empathy, patience, and excellent listening skills Creativity in therapeutic planning Strong observation and critical thinking Ability to work both independently and as part of a team BenefitsPaid training and continuous professional development Growth opportunities into leadership or specialization areas Flexible scheduling options Supportive, collaborative work environment Competitive salary and incentives based on performance
