Occupational Therapist

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team in Kolhapur. In this full-time role, you will work directly with patients of all ages to help them regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily tasks after illness, injury, or surgery

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ physical and mental abilities using clinical assessments and observations.

Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patient goals and conditions.

Conduct therapy sessions aimed at improving motor skills, coordination, and daily functioning.

Recommend and train patients in the use of assistive devices and adaptive techniques.

Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff.

Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and long-term wellness.

Maintain clear documentation and progress notes for each patient.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kolhapur, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
