Occupational English Test Faculty

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced OET Faculty to deliver high-quality training to candidates preparing for the Occupational English Test. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in English language teaching, preferably with experience in medical English and test preparation. The role involves teaching all four sub-tests (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking), evaluating student performance, and enhancing their English proficiency to meet OET standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct OET classes for healthcare professionals, especially nurses and doctors. Prepare lesson plans aligned with OET exam patterns and grading criteria. Teach all four components of the OET exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. Design mock tests, practice sessions, and assignments for regular assessment. Provide individual feedback and strategies for improvement. Stay updated on changes in OET exam patterns and best teaching practices. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance. Motivate students and support them in reaching their OET score goals. Contribute to curriculum development and training material enhancement. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field. TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in OET, IELTS, or English language training. Strong knowledge of the OET exam format and evaluation criteria. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use digital tools and learning platforms effectively. Empathy and understanding of healthcare professionals’ communication needs. Desirable (Not Mandatory): Healthcare background or familiarity with medical terminology. Experience in online teaching or blended learning environments. Ability to mentor students individually based on their performance.
