Why This Role Exists:

To lead and shape the creative vision and execution of high-impact promotional content that enhances brand visibility and drives viewership. This role demands strategic thinking, storytelling excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver compelling campaigns aligned with audience insights and business goals.

About the role:

• Drive the creative vision and execution of promos – from concept to final cut.
• Mentor and guide the OAP team and scriptwriters, elevating creative standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Programming, Production, Strategy, Graphics, Brand Management – to build seamless campaigns.
• Align with Consumer Insights to craft content that resonates with audiences.
• Ensure compliance, certifications, and music copyright protocols are met.
• Oversee promo budgets and delivery timelines without compromising quality.
• Deliver impactful promos that boost viewership, ratings, and brand visibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Work Exp.

  12+ Years. in TV/ Film content creation, direction & editing.

• Education Qualification:

  Graduation with specializations in Film & Television production
