Job Summary:

Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Implementation:
- Act as the
  Solution Architect
  for
  o9 implementation projects
  , ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
- Perform
  fit-gap analysis
  , design solutions, and guide
  configuration teams
  in implementation.
- Ensure
  system performance and business efficiency
  in solution designs.

Stakeholder Engagement & Consulting:
- Engage with
  client business stakeholders
  to gather requirements and drive discussions.
- Collaborate with
  business lines, product teams, and technology stakeholders
  to define future technology states and roadmaps.
- Act as a
  trusted advisor
  , ensuring smooth communication between business and technology teams.

SCM Process Expertise:
- Implement
  Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and S&OP
  processes.
- Ensure strong
  design, software configuration, and reference model utilization
  for optimized implementation.

Professional Attributes:

Strong

problem-solving and analytical skills

in a consulting environment. Ability to

build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment

. Excellent

written and oral communication skills

with strong interpersonal abilities.

Technical Experience:

4+ years of experience

implementing

o9, Kinaxis, or similar SCM software solutions

. Played

Solution Architect / Senior Solution Consultant / Senior Solution Configuration

role in at least

2 o9 implementation projects

. Strong expertise in

SCM business processes

and ability to

configure and design

software solutions effectively.
