High Level Description Experience working on Microsoft upgrades in a technical SME role (server/user device migrations) Experienced with Office365, Windows 11, Server 2022, Intune, and SCCM. Key projects will be File share migrations and Windows 11 deployments. Experience in Change Management with a solid understanding of IT Infrastructure fundamentals. Strong ability deploying technical solutions with a strong focus on modernisation. Extensive knowledge of infrastructure components such as Windows, VMware, and storage solutions High Level initiative Support and execute Microsoft upgrades and migrations Ensure smooth transition and integration of new systems Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting during migrations Key Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Office365, Windows 11, Server 2022, Intune, SCCM) Experience with file share migrations Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills Experience in Change Management and IT Infrastructure fundamentals Proven track record in deploying technical solutions with a focus on modernisation Extensive knowledge of infrastructure components such as Windows, VMware
