Job Summary
We are looking for an O365 Administrator (L1) with 35 years of experience to support day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and management of Microsoft 365 services. The role involves handling user requests, resolving basic to intermediate issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of O365 applications.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 support for Microsoft 365 applications (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Outlook).Handle user account creation, licensing, password resets, and access management in Microsoft 365 Admin Center & Azure AD.Monitor and troubleshoot mail flow, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and user connectivity issues.Support Teams configurations, meeting setups, and OneDrive/SharePoint access issues.Assist in patch updates, security policies, and compliance checks.Document troubleshooting steps and create knowledge base articles.Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / O365 administration.Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and Outlook.Good troubleshooting skills for end-user O365 issues (email, Teams, OneDrive sync, permissions).Familiar with Microsoft Security & Compliance features.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Bachelors Degree in B.Sc., BCA, 3 Years diploma in Eng. In Computer Science / IT or relevant field.
