Job Description

10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systemadministration, or DevOps related to Oracle OSM. Manage and maintain Oracle OSMenvironments across development, test, and production.

Strong experience supporting Oracle OSM.

Strong hands\-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server inproduction environments

Familiarity with Linux environments, shell scripting, andbasic networking

Exposure to container platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes, orDocker).

Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace or ELK.

Oracle or Red Hat certifications (or interest in pursuingthem)

Oracle OSM Infrastructure Operations.

Perform environmentprovisioning, patching, configuration, and refreshes; Ensure high availability,performance, and scalability of OSM infrastructure, including proactivemonitoring and tuning; Support Bell\customized implementations of Oracle OSM,Siebel, and SOA, with an understanding of their interdependencies andperformance characteristics.

Hands\-On Development in Support of Infrastructure:Contribute to cartridge deployment and configuration activities, includingorchestration plan updates and order flow adjustments; Assist in debugging andresolving order fallout and orchestration issues, working closely withdevelopment teams; Apply scripting andlight development skills (e.g., XML, XSLT, Java, shell scripting) to supportautomation, configuration, and integration tasks.

OpenShift Migration & Modernization: Support themigration of OSM components to OpenShift, including containerization anddeployment; Assist in designing and implementing OpenShift\-nativeinfrastructure solutions that meet Bell\performance, security, and compliancestandards.

DevOps & CI\/CD Automation: Use tools such as GitLab,Jenkins, Ansible, and OpenShift Pipelines to automate deployments andenvironment provisioning; Maintain and enhance CI\/CD pipelines for OSMcartridges and infrastructure components.

Monitoring, Troubleshooting & Optimization: Use toolssuch as Dynatrace, ELK, and Prometheus to monitor system health andperformance; Investigate and resolve infrastructure and application\-levelissues, including root cause analysis and post\-incident reviews.

Requirement:

Security & Compliance: Support the implementation ofsecurity controls and vulnerability management processes; Ensure infrastructurecompliance with internal policies and industry best practices.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery: Work closely withproduct owners, developers, and offshore teams to support Agile deliverycycles; Participate in sprint planning,daily stand\-ups, and retrospectives to align infrastructure and developmentwork with business priorities.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detaileddocumentation of infrastructure architecture, cartridge deployment procedures,and operational run books; Contribute to internal knowledge transfer, onboardingmaterials, and support guides to strengthen in\-house capabilities."

Oracle OSM environments in a production setting\- (e.g.,deployments, troubleshooting, cartridge support.

DevOps tools such asGitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, or OpenShift Pipelines to automate deployments ormanage infrastructure

Any experience withOracle ESB, AIA, or MFW, or working with integrated Oracle stacks like SOA orSiebel.
