Key Responsibilities

· Operation & Monitoring:

Daily management of ETPs and STPs at client locations, monitoring operational parameters, and adjusting process variables like chemical dosing for optimal performance.

· Maintenance:

Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for equipment such as pumps, blowers, motors, and clarifiers.

· Troubleshooting:

Identifying and swiftly resolving malfunctions or unusual conditions within the plants.

· Quality Control:

Conducting regular checks on water and wastewater samples to ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.

· Safety & Compliance:

Ensuring strict adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff.

· Manpower Management:

Preparing shift schedules, ensuring workforce discipline, attendance tracking, and managing staff concerns.

· Administration & Reporting:

Preparing daily reports, submitting invoices, and maintaining accurate records of plant performance and maintenance activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
