As an O & M Head, your role will involve ensuring the high performance of solar assets through structured maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain PR, uptime, and inverter performance - Conduct routine and emergency site visits - Report energy generation, faults, and customer queries - Operate SCADA and suggest efficiency improvements Qualification Required: - B.E. / Diploma in Electrical Engineering If you are the right candidate, the salary for this position is negotiable within the range of 30k to 45k per month.
