NZ Accountants ( Freshers)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Fresher / Junior Accountant to join our team and build a career in New Zealand Accounting. This role is ideal for recent graduates who have a strong foundation in accounting principles and are eager to gain practical exposure to New Zealand financial reporting, taxation, and compliance under expert guidance and structured training.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of financial statements in line with NZ IFRS
• Support senior accountants in New Zealand taxation and compliance work
• Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations
• Work with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks (training provided)
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Assist in audit preparation and statutory reporting
• Help analyze financial data and prepare basic reports
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Meet assigned deadlines and maintain work quality during peak periods

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Preferred)
• CA-Inter / ACCA (pursuing or completed) will be an added advantage
• Willingness to pursue professional development in New Zealand accounting

Experience

• Fresher or up to 1 year of accounting experience
• Prior exposure to accounting software or internships is a plus but not mandatory
• Knowledge of Tally is an advantage

Compensation

• Salary: 15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and learning ability)
