NVOCC Sales

As a Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in shipping & logistics, your role will involve achieving sales targets and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will need to resolve any problems or complaints that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Additionally, you will be responsible for informing customers about changes in rates, schedules, and new shipping methods. Selling value-added services, monitoring customer performance, and building an understanding of all service offerings to provide integrated solutions will be key aspects of your role.
