Job Description

You should have a minimum of 4-5 years of sales experience, preferably in shipping & logistics, to excel in this role. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and resolving any issues or complaints that may arise. Ensuring customer satisfaction is key, and you will need to keep customers informed about changes in rates, schedules, and new shipping methods. Selling value-added services and monitoring customer performance are also part of the job. To succeed in this position, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail. Willingness to travel domestically to meet clients is required. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team achieves their targets every month, managing key accounts, and screening new customers. Meeting customers both with the sales team and independently, providing freight quotations, and handling internal correspondences are also part of your duties. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, and a provident fund. A yearly bonus is part of the compensation package, and the work schedule is during the day shift. The work location is in person.,
