Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, and inbound inquiries.

    Maintain regular contact with customers to understand their shipping needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Support:

    Coordinate with the operations and documentation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
  • 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, logistics, or NVOCC sales.
  • Strong understanding of

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
