Role Overview:

As a Nutrition & Wellness Advisor, you’ll be the trusted guide for our customers – helping them choose the right supplements, understand their fitness goals, and adopt a lifestyle aligned with the Protein World brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer 1-on-1 wellness consultations (in-person, WhatsApp, chat, and phone)

• Guide customers to the right products based on their goals (weight loss, muscle gain, energy, etc.)

• Educate customers on protein, vitamins, superfoods, and daily wellness routines

• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated with fitness trends

• Follow up with VIP clients for progress tracking and long-term results

• Assist with content: wellness tips, product FAQs, nutrition support materials

• Represent Protein World at events, activations, and fitness partnerships

Who You Are:

• Passionate about nutrition, fitness, and wellness

• Friendly, confident, and well-presented – strong people skills are key

• Degree/certification in Nutrition, Dietetics, Fitness, or similar is a big plus

• 1+ years in health, fitness, hospitality, or D2C wellness brand preferred

• Fluent in English + Hindi, excellent communication skills

• Bonus: Experience with CRM tools, WhatsApp support, or content creation
