Education And Experience

• MSc in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics (Diploma not valid).
• 3+ years of experience as a Nutritionist, with at least 1 year in a mentoring, supervisory, or team-handling role.
• Prior experience in pregnancy and postpartum nutrition will be an added advantage.
  

Role And Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and support a team of Nutrition Coaches to deliver high-quality consultations and user experiences.
• Operations Management: Monitor team performance, ensure smooth daily operations, and achieve quality & productivity goals.
• Training & Development: Conduct onboarding, training sessions, and continuous skill development for new and existing team members.
• Client Engagement: Manage a select number of clients directly to stay connected with the ground realities of user engagement.
• Quality Assurance: Review diet plans, consultations, and follow-up notes created by the team to maintain standards of care.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Experience and Operations teams to ensure seamless user journeys and process improvements.
• Innovation: Suggest and implement strategies to enhance user engagement, nutrition outcomes, and team efficiency.
