Community Associate in Preconeption
As a Community Associate (Preconception) at iMumz, you will play an important role in supporting couples in their journey towards conception. You will foster a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for community members while assisting in the execution of programs, content, and events tailored to preconception health and well-being. With a focus on empathetic communication and psychological understanding, you will help ensure that our members feel heard, guided, and connected during this crucial phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Support engagement strategies to increase interaction, satisfaction, and growth of the preconception community. Encourage open discussions, share resources, and ensure meaningful conversations.
- Member Support: Actively respond to client inquiries with empathy and guidance, leveraging your psychology background to provide emotional support and foster positive interactions.
- Content & Education: Assist in creating and curating content around fertility awareness, stress management, emotional well-being, and holistic lifestyle practices.
- Event & Program Support: Help plan, coordinate, and promote online workshops, support groups, and expert sessions for community members.
- Feedback & Insights: Collect community feedback and share insights to improve member experience and program effectiveness.
- Monitoring & Moderation: Monitor discussions, address sensitive topics with care, and maintain a safe, respectful space for all members.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Wellness Coaches, and Experts to deliver impactful experiences for the couples
Skills And Qualifications
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in managing community
- Some experience in counseling, psychology, or community engagement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Empathy and sensitivity in handling member queries, especially around fertility and emotional challenges.
- Ability to multitask and support community events, content, and member interactions.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online community tools is a plus.
