Nursing Tutor/Clinical Instructor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Tutor/Clinical Instructor to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction to nursing students, ensuring they gain the knowledge, skills, and clinical competencies necessary to excel in their nursing careers. Responsibilities include developing and delivering engaging lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in various nursing subjects, as well as designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and curricula to meet accreditation standards and the evolving needs of the healthcare industry. The instructor will provide hands-on clinical instruction in hospital and community settings, supervising and guiding students in real-world patient care scenarios. Assessing and evaluating student performance through exams, practical assessments, and clinical evaluations, and offering constructive feedback to support their academic and professional growth is also crucial. The candidate will foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation, critical thinking, and a commitment to lifelong learning. Staying current with developments in nursing practice, education, and research, and integrating new knowledge into teaching methodologies is essential. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with faculty, clinical partners, and healthcare organizations to enhance educational programs and student learning experiences, as well as participating in academic advising, mentoring, and professional development activities. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher, a valid nursing license, a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, and 1 year teaching experience in a nursing education program. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a commitment to student success and excellence in nursing education, are essential.
