The Nursing Principal oversees the academic and administrative functions of the institution, ensuring compliance with Indian Nursing Council (INC) standards. Responsibilities include managing the curriculum, supervising faculty, promoting research, coordinating clinical training, and maintaining academic quality. The Principal also facilitates student support, represents the institution in professional forums, and builds partnerships with healthcare organizations. Candidates must have a Master’s in Nursing (MSN) or higher (Ph.D. preferred), 15 years of experience (including 5 in leadership), and strong leadership and organizational skills.
