Job Title: Nursing Superintendent Organization: Pentagon Hospital, Wakad, Pune Job Description: Pentagon Hospital is seeking an experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead, supervise, and manage nursing services across all departments, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with hospital standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise all nursing activities in the hospital Ensure quality patient care and adherence to nursing standards and protocols Manage nursing staff scheduling, duty rosters, leave, and performance Coordinate with doctors, administration, and other departments Ensure proper implementation of infection control and patient safety measures Oversee nursing documentation, records, and audits Conduct training and orientation programs for nursing staff Handle patient and attendant concerns related to nursing care Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of nursing experience, including leadership/supervisory role Strong leadership, communication, and administrative skills Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital protocols preferred Salary: As per hospital norms (based on qualification and experience) Job Location: Pentagon Hospital, Wakad, Pune Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiner with hospital administration experience
