Job Description

The Nursing Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring quality patient care, and managing clinical administration. The role requires strong leadership in training, compliance, and coordination of nursing services.

ForResponsibilities :

Managing nursing teams, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols, supervising teaching and training activities, maintaining patient care quality standards, and coordinating with hospital administration for efficient operations.

Requirements:

Candidates must have an M.Sc. (Nursing) with 15 years of experience (including 3 years of teaching) OR B.Sc. (Nursing) with 18 years of experience (including 2 years of teaching). They must be well-versed in clinical administration, support functions, compliance, and quality training.
