Job Title: Nursing Superintendent Location: Patna, Bihar Job Type: Full-Time Reports To: Medical Superintendent/Director of Nursing Services Salary : 30,000 /-to Upto 40,000 /- per Month. Job Description: About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead our nursing team with compassion, discipline, and clinical expertise. You will be responsible for the overall supervision of nursing care, staff coordination, and ensuring high standards of patient service. Key Responsibilities: · Supervise all nursing care and activities across the hospital. · Lead, motivate, and support nursing staff to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care. · Ensure adherence to hospital policies, nursing protocols , and statutory regulations. · Maintain clinical proficiency to guide patient care planning, treatment, and nursing interventions. · Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution. · Conduct regular rounds, audits, and evaluations to improve care quality and unit performance. · Promote continuous nursing education , skill-building, and professional growth. · Foster a culture of accountability, empathy , and excellence in the nursing unit. Key Skills: · Strong leadership and team management · Excellent supervision and coordination abilities · Sound understanding of clinical care and patient management · Skilled in policy implementation and compliance · Positive impact on patient outcomes and team performance · Effective communicator and empathetic mentor · Proficient in hospital systems and documentation tools Experience: 10–15 years in clinical and administrative nursing. Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing, registered with State Nursing Council Work Environment: Shift-based with on-call responsibilities as needed Fast-paced, collaborative healthcare setting.
