Using X Ray machines and relevant tools to take radiographic images of the various body parts of a patient as requested by the consultant, ensuring that the x-rays taken are of sound quality, ensuring that the x-ray equipment is regularly serviced and in good working condition

Taking care of communications with the customer, customer care at the reception/billing desk, managing appointments, processing of bills (Admissions, Discharges), Maintaining the Inpatients and Outpatient registers and other related registers, maintaining the medical records etc

Maintaining books of accounts at the center, collecting, and depositing the amounts to the banks, preparing daily collection report, admission & discharge reports, verifying the bills& collections, co ordinating with the finance department at the corporate office, following up on receivables with Insurance Companies / TPAs, managing vendors, verifying the purchases, invoices that are to be forwarded for payments, verifying the purchase and sales at the pharmacy and randomly auditing the stocks at the pharmacy and stores

Job description: Ensuring that the medical care is provided to the patients as per the protocols and as advised by the consultant Doctors, supervising, and guiding the nursing staff, ensuring proper maintenance of medical records, preparing duty schedules for clinical staff etc.
