Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Superintendent located in Ranchi. The Nursing Superintendent will oversee nursing staff, manage patient care, coordinate with other healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with health regulations and standards. Additional responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and maintaining patient records.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Nurse having M.Sc. & B.Sc. in Nursing ( Or Equivalent Qualifications ) with Min 12-15 Yrs of Work Experience.

• Skills in Nursing Management and Nursing
• Knowledge of Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
• Proficiency in Patient Care practices
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Current Nursing licensure and relevant certifications
