Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Superintendent to join our team at Medway Hospitals. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to maintain excellence.
Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
Manage and supervise nursing staff to achieve optimal performance.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Monitor and evaluate nursing staff performance to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership and management skills are essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are necessary.
Experience in managing and supervising nursing staff is preferred.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical and life sciences industry standards and practices is an asset.
