Job Purpose

Qualification:

Graduate; 1st division in 10th, 12th and Graduate

Relevant Experience:

1-2 years of experience in field of HR operations

Responsibilities

To attend to the queries / complaints raised by the employees.
Maintaining Employee Database and to update as on date.
To issue employee correspondence related to statutory compliance.
New employee Oracle, ARS & Med-mantra Enrolment.
To be responsible for processing attendance for extra duty for all staff.
Dependent data updating for ESI & Medical insurance processing.
To be responsible for new employee ESI registration
To be responsible for departmental indent.
Responding to ex-employee verifications.
Assisting in all time office activities.
Attendance management & Pay slip generation.

Requirements and skills

Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task.
Compassionate with good communication skills.
Excellent teamwork skills
