Nursing Instructor

As a Nurse Educator in the Training & Development department at Progenesis Fertility Centers, your primary responsibility is to provide clinical education, orientation, and training to nursing and patient care staff across all centers. Your role is crucial in enhancing the skills and knowledge of the staff members. Your operational accountabilities include conducting training programs for nursing staff, preparing training materials such as presentations, and creating a training calendar based on identified needs. You will coordinate resources for training sessions and conduct periodic refresher trainings to ensure staff competency. It is important to analyze feedback from training sessions, monitor staff progress, and update training materials in line with the latest nursing developments. Additionally, you are expected to prepare MIS reports, attend relevant upskilling training courses, and be proficient in incident reporting procedures and infection control practices. Adherence to safety codes and protocols is essential in your role. In terms of administration, you must maintain training records accurately, including attendance registers, test papers, feedback forms, and training reports. Regular reporting to the Training Manager is required, including training reports after each session, a monthly training dashboard, and a monthly training effectiveness study. Your dedication to continuous learning, commitment to quality and safety standards, and efficient administration of training programs will contribute significantly to the development of nursing staff and the overall success of Progenesis Fertility Centers.,
