Nursing Instructor

As an Instructor for one of the leading NGOs in the country focusing on enhanced GDA training with special emphasis on Geriatric Care, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Train batches of girls in handling patients, especially Geriatric patients. Training of Trainers (ToT) will be provided to the selected candidate. - Identify high performers among the trainees. - Recognize trainees who require special attention and intensified coaching. - Manage the center, maintain student records, and track assessment metrics. - Conduct classes and tests periodically in compliance with NSDC standards. - Provide daily reports to the Centre Manager. - Adhere to the standards set by the Centre and the Organization. To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Preferably hold a GNM degree, although ANM candidates can also apply. - Proficiency in reading and writing English and Hindi. - Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi. - Ability to understand technical terms in English and names of diseases. - Minimal work experience is also acceptable.
