You will be responsible for conducting training sessions for a prominent NGO in the country focusing on enhanced Geriatric Care under the GDA training program. Your role aims to uphold international standards and deliver quality care for Geriatric patients in both home and institutional settings. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing training to groups of individuals, particularly focusing on Geriatric patients, with necessary Training of Trainers (ToT) provided to you - Identifying high-performing individuals within the training group - Recognizing trainees requiring additional attention and intensified coaching - Managing the training center operations, maintaining student records, and tracking assessment metrics - Conducting classes and assessments periodically in accordance with NSDC standards - Daily reporting to the Centre Manager - Adhering to the established standards of the Center and the Organization Preferred qualifications for this role include: - GNM degree holder, with ANM candidates also welcome - Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Hindi languages - Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi - Familiarity with technical terminology in English and disease nomenclature - Candidates with minimal work experience are also encouraged to apply,
