Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Instructor located in Trivandrum. The Nursing Instructor will be responsible for developing and implementing nursing curricula, educating nursing students, and providing instruction in various medical and critical care subjects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, assessing student performance, and contributing to the development of academic programs. The Nursing Instructor will also mentor students, stay updated with the latest advancements in nursing education, and participate in staff meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Curriculum Development and Nursing Education skills
• Proficiency in Nursing and Medicine
• Knowledge and experience in Critical Care Medicine
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic staff and students
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience preferred
• Certification in Nursing education is a plus
