Nursing Incharge/Supervisor

As an Incharge and Supervisor at our organization, your role will be crucial in upholding the core values of the organization and ensuring that they are integrated into daily work practices. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing short and long-term goals and objectives for the unit to maintain quality standards. - Taking accountability for the services provided, especially in direct nursing care to patients. - Collaborating with the team to deliver professional nursing care whenever necessary. - Fostering good working relationships among nursing personnel, medical staff, other hospital employees, patients, and the public. - Promoting a customer-friendly service environment by setting an example. - Providing clinical and administrative support to all units/departments in the hospital after hours. - Maintaining effective communication channels and participating in nursing policy formulation and decision-making. - Upholding discipline within the unit. In terms of Patient Management, you will be expected to: - Evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care, including documentation, and implement necessary changes. - Conduct daily ward rounds to ensure customer satisfaction and address any service or quality issues promptly. - Take reports on various aspects such as untoward incidents, patient and staff count per shift, admissions, discharges, transfers, vacant beds, VIP patients, critical patients, and more. - Ensure timely collection and submission of reports for TPA/Corporate patients to the Marketing Office post-discharge. - Obtain necessary clearances before major surgeries for patient safety.
