Nursing Educator

In this role, you will be responsible for effectively interfacing with patients, attendants, physicians, and other service users with a high level of responsiveness. You will need to demonstrate knowledge and skills in patient assessment, documentation, and equipment handling. Additionally, you will be required to correlate the vision and mission of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating dynamic education programs and staff training sessions - Evaluating education program techniques and effectiveness - Planning and implementing education and record keeping - Developing strategies for dealing with resistant learners - Planning orientation, in-service, and continuing education - Conducting quality improvement and evaluating education effectiveness - Providing an overview of staff development and ethical scenarios - Orienting and training nursing staff - Conducting regular audits of nursing practices - Performing skill assessments of nurses" clinical competencies - Engaging in the interview process for nursing candidates - Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for seamless integration of care services You are expected to be well-groomed, punctual, and adhere to company policies and practices. Furthermore, you must have a complete orientation of Alt Worklife app and different software like HIS, ERP, LMS, etc. It is essential to comply with the service quality process, environmental and occupational issues, policies, and patient safety policy. You will also ensure the safe utilization of equipment and a proper waste disposal system. Additionally, you will be responsible for timely maintenance and submission of training records.
