Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate, supervise, and support nursing staff in delivering patient care.
Develop and manage duty rosters, ensuring adequate staffing at all times.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of nursing personnel.
Monitor nursing practices to ensure compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and protocols.
Maintain accurate records of patient care, staff performance, and resource utilization.
Collaborate with doctors and management to address patient needs and operational challenges.
Conduct regular staff meetings, briefings, and performance reviews.
Ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and quality of care.
Handle escalations, grievances, and emergency situations effectively.
Prepare reports on nursing activities, incidents, and improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing) with valid nursing registration.
Proven experience in nursing supervision, coordination, or management role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Knowledge of hospital protocols, patient safety, and quality standards.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare management systems (preferred).

Work Conditions:

Full-time role with rotational shifts (if required).
Based in hospital/healthcare facility setting.
