Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate nursing operations across all OHC locations.
  • Arrange relievers and ensure shift coverage during leaves/absences.
  • Recruit and onboard nursing staff as per manpower requirements.
  • Prepare duty rosters and maintain staffing levels.
  • Monitor employee health services, first aid, and OHC activities.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate health & safety protocols.
  • Maintain medical records, reports, and OHC inventory.
  • Liaise with HR, EHS, and doctors for smooth OHC operations.
  • Maintaining attendance records of the staffs.
  • Giving trainings to Nursing staffs.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc/M.Sc Nursing with valid registration.
  • 2–5 years experience in OHC/clinical coordination
  • Strong communication, people management, and documentation skills
  • Good Communication skills, Presentable
  • Well versed with MS Office (MS Excel)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
