Nurse Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in co-ordinating new centre visits
• Overseeing the completion of pre-admission and room allocation checklists
• Monitoring patient’s admission process and completion of all documentation by the nursing team, including consent signing, family group creation, drive updation, and entry in records.
• Providing timely support as well as solutions to issues concerning the patient, or other matters raised by the family
• Regular monitoring and scheduling of patient’s review appointments and other specialist referral consultations
• Ensuring adequate staff allocation on every floor (nurses, caregivers)
• Ensure that floor-wise supervision reports are completed and floor-in-charges are filling out report books
• Floor wise supervision of patients and ensuring maintenance of proper records – patient files, medication charts, patient’s belongings etc
• Supervision of nursing team activities (like completion of bath, ensuring timely administration of food and medications, routine stock checking etc)
• Coordinating weekly classes for nurses and caregivers

Qualification

ANM / GNM/ B. Sc Nursing

5+years experience needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹26,000.00 per month
