Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced NRI Sourcing Manager who has a strong network of NRI Channel Partners (CPs) and a proven record of generating business through NRI channels. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in building, managing, and activating NRI CP relationships, especially in GCC, UK, US, Singapore, and Australia NRI markets.

Responsibilities:

Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with NRI Channel Partners across international markets.

Identify, onboard, and activate new NRI CPs to drive consistent business growth.

Generate qualified NRI leads and ensure conversions through active partner engagement.

Conduct regular follow-ups, virtual meetings, webinars, and business discussions with global CP networks.

Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth flow of leads and closures.

Maintain CP performance reports, track business contribution, and optimize productivity.

Plan and execute NRI-focused campaigns, events, and partner engagement activities.

Ensure strong market understanding of NRI buyer behavior, investment requirements, and expectations.
