NRI Sales

Role Overview: As an experienced candidate with over 5 years of experience, you will be based in Mumbai and responsible for acquiring new NRI customers and increasing wallet share across multiple products offered by Mutual Funds, Insurance, Forward contracts, Leverage products, and offshore investments. Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring adherence to productivity benchmarks and Sales Targets. - Planning, developing, and managing the NRI (Non-Resident Indian) clientele to achieve profitable growth through Service & Operations Management. - Anticipating customers" needs and potential problems to increase customer satisfaction. - Handling Clients Portfolio and relationships effectively. - Generating revenue for the bank by cross-selling third-party products. - Ensuring a high level of customer service by adhering to processes and laid down guidelines. - Coordinating the operational aspects of the NRI clients with respective departments within the stipulated internal checks and controls. - Managing relationships through satisfactory customer service and timely resolution of customer queries. - Maintaining timely MIS & database reflecting the trends & developments of the business unit regarding sales and business development for budgetary & strategic review to enhance revenues. Qualification Required: - Experienced candidate with over 5 years of relevant experience. - Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Forward contracts, Leverage products, and offshore investments. - Proven track record in acquiring new NRI customers and increasing wallet share. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to effectively manage relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
