Job Description

As a New to Bank Acquisition Executive focusing on Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers through assigned branches, you will be expected to possess an excellent command of product and processes knowledge. Utilizing your numerical and analytical skills, you will calculate returns, yields, EMI, and other financial metrics to assist customers in making informed decisions. Your strong written and oral communication skills will be essential in effectively conveying information to clients. It is crucial to adhere to the bank's policies and guidelines, particularly those related to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Your responsibilities will include developing new NRI customer relationships, expanding existing ones for liabilities, and promoting a range of bank products. Cross-selling third-party products and creating databases for lead generation will be key aspects of your role. Building personal relationships with clients through relationship calls, emails, and social interactions is vital for customer retention. You will be responsible for activating customers, ensuring they maintain required balances, and initiate transactions in their accounts promptly. Achieving targets such as maintaining specified Average Quarterly Balances (AQB) for customers and driving the adoption of Direct Banking Channels will be part of your performance objectives. Participating in the RAR contest through Non-Resident (NR) focused branches and leveraging your NRI sales experience will be essential for success in this role. Candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred for this position to facilitate efficient operations and customer engagement.,
