JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsibility of Category P&L and associated activities.
- Ensuring optimal product mix as per customer needs & market trends.
- Planning & execution of New Product Development and Launch.
- Gathering product insights through Market research, Customer surveys & Competition Analysis.
- Identifying and onboarding new vendors, while negotiating pricing and operational terms.
- Ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders for efficient operations of existing products.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams - Operations, Finance, Growth, and Quality Assurance
