Job Description

New Product Development Lead product creation from idea to launchdesign coordination, vendor development, mold making, prototypes, and on-time production.
Improve Existing Products Review current products, identify flaws, and implement improvements in design, materials, and usability.
Market & Trend Research Track industry trends and competitors; submit monthly reports.
Vendor & Material Sourcing Identify new suppliers, negotiate mold/tooling costs, and evaluate technical capabilities.
Customer Feedback Analysis Study complaints and feedback, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.
New Product IdeasSuggest new concepts every 15 days based on research and insights.
Prototype Testing Manage prototype stages (T-1, T-2, T-3), test, record results, and coordinate approvals.
Documentation Maintain SOPs, FMEA, WI, QA manuals, product briefs, and testing reports.
