NPD - Heavy Fabrication & Welding

1.Development of New Bucket, Platform, New Development projects.

2.Creation of TFR (Technical Feasibility Report) of New Projects.

3.Preperation of Timeline & Process flow chart.

4.Making ERP BOM.

5.Making DXF of child parts and releasing for cutting.

6.Making templates for bending /Rolling of Child Parts.

7.Making In-house Fixtures, Attributes Gauges, Pins.

8.New Vendor Development.

9.Systems updates of ERP BOM, PO Price.

10.Quarterly inventory Stock Submission on time.

11.Evaluation Customer inquiries and specification .

12 Monitor and record performance parameters related to project assigned, take corrective actions in case of any anomaly observed.

13 Good understanding of various fabrication, manufacturing, assembly and welding process.

Good understanding of 3-2-1, resting, locating and clamping principles.

14 Knowledge of Material used for fixture design, welding symbols and Heat treatment process.

Software Skills.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
