Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an NPD Engineer located in Rajkot. The NPD Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new products, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring products meet quality and performance standards. Additionally, the NPD Engineer will collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for new product development.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, and Manufacturing Process skills
• Experience in new product development and project management
• Knowledge of Designing software and product lifecycle management tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in the precision machining industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
