New Product development and documentation.
2) Experience engineering fabrication, Stamping, forming, welding, and subassembly
segment.
3) Knowledge on 2D drafting, 3D modelling is essential.
4) Experience in Press tools, fixture design and maintenance.
5) Ability to draw process flow for new development items.
6) Basic knowledge of Raw material and its properties
7) Awareness on cycle time calculation.
8) Good Knowledge of machine hour rates of various processes.
9) Basic knowledge of ISO: 9001/ IATF :16949 systems.
10) Able to frame the concept based on customer inputs for proto sample
development.
11) Good Knowledge of inspection methods and strong knowledge of using all
measuring instruments.
12) Candidates from OEM’s on Automotive/ Railways/ defense industries will be
preferred.
13) Good in documentation in PPAP, CP, PFD, PSW, SPC, 8D, Traceability are having
advantage.
14) Good communication skills.
