Job Description

As an experienced CNC Programmer specializing in VMCs and turning centers within Aerospace, Die, and Mould segments, you are expected to have a minimum of 7 to 8 years of relevant experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Programming and operating VMC Three axis and 4th Axis CNC Machines utilizing various CNC controls such as Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and Siemens. - Demonstrating proficiency in understanding GD&T and meeting customer-specific requirements. - Utilizing Solid Cam programming and Solid Works modeling for enhanced efficiency. - Selecting appropriate tools and clamping methods for each job to ensure precision and quality. - Handling and machining a variety of metals including Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Titanium, and Hard Metals. - Maintaining documentation in compliance with ISO:9001/AS:9100 standards. - Setting up and producing parts according to provided specifications or drawings. - Conducting machine inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks effectively. Additionally, experience in Solid Cam programming and Solid Works modeling will be considered advantageous. The role will require you to work full-time on a permanent basis, with benefits including health insurance and a provident fund. The work location is on-site.,
