Roles & Responsibilities:- Provide technical advisory and troubleshooting support for CNC machines (installation, commissioning, and maintenance). Train junior service engineers and technicians on CNC operations, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance. Guide teams on best practices in CNC machine servicing and customer handling. Support documentation and reporting of service activities, breakdown analyses, and technical issues. Assist in establishing SOPs for service operations and maintenance schedules. Participate in customer visits for critical machine issues or feedback analysis. Help maintain high service quality and uptime of customer machines through expert insights. Preferred candidate profile Retired professional with 20+ years of experience in after-sales service or technical support of CNC machine tools (turning centers, VMCs, HMCs, etc.). Deep knowledge of CNC controllers (e.g., FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi). Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of CNC machinery. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to mentor and transfer knowledge effectively. Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
