Support documentation and reporting of service activities, breakdown analyses, and technical issues. Assist in establishing SOPs for service operations and maintenance schedules. Preferred candidate profile Retired professional with 20+ years of experience in after-sales service or technical support of CNC machine tools (turning centers, VMCs, HMCs, etc.). Deep knowledge of CNC controllers (e.g., FANUC, Siemens, Mitsubishi). Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of CNC machinery. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
