Job Description

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Executive will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth within the assigned region. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective planning, negotiation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional targets.
  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customers.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, and Service) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and update CRM systems.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding accounts.
  • Provide feedback and insights to management for strategic business decisions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of B2B sales processes and negotiation techniques.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering or related field.
  • MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • New customer acquisition rate.
  • Customer retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Sales pipeline conversion ratio.
